What is the typical shipping timeframe for home decor items?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping for large furniture?
Currently, we ship small to medium-sized home goods internationally. Large furniture items are currently restricted to domestic shipping within the continental United States to ensure product safety and manageable freight costs.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your item doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange, minus the cost of return shipping.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.
